    Simplified global communication- and knowledge-exchange

    TÜV SÜD is an international organization with around 25,000 employees worldwide. In order to ensure seamless business operations and open up new business opportu-nities, the company was looking for a way to enable all employees to improve collabo-ration and efficiency across departments and locations. TÜV SÜD also requested a greater exchange of knowledge among its employees.

  • Solution

    Office365 as technical base

    To ensure a seamless and standardized business process throughout all locations, TÜV SÜD decided to introduce Microsoft Teams as central platform for collaboration within the organization. The technology had previously been used in isolated cases at a number of international locations and had proven its value there. T-Systems Multimedia Solutions helped TÜV SÜD to create the technical, organizational and employee-related prerequisites for the global rollout and also provided support during implementation. To facilitate the introduction of the new technology and create the broadest possible acceptance among employees, the digital service provider also recommended various change management measures. Since August 2019, Microsoft Teams have been fully rolled out globally at TÜV SÜD and are being used profitably.
