When you visit our website www.t-systems-mms.com, the browser on your device automatically sends information to the server on our website. We use the services of Webtrekk GmbH to collect statistical data about the use of our corporate sites and to optimize our offer accordingly. Webtrekk GmbH is certified by the German Association for Technical Inspection for data protection in the area of web controlling software. During your visit to our website, information is collected and evaluated which is transmitted by your browser. The survey is carried out by a measuring pixel, which is integrated on every website. Webtrekk GmbH stores the IP address only in abridged (anonymized) form and it is only used for session recognition, for geolocalisation (down to city level) and for defence against attacks. The IP address will be deleted immediately, so the recorded data is then pseudonymous. You can object to the data processing by Webtrekk at any time under this link.
b) Conversion Tracking with Evalanche
If you access the corporate site via an e-mail from T-Systems Multimedia Solutions GmbH (e.g. newsletter), Evalanche stores a cookie the browser you are using. This cookie automatically expires after 30 days*. It is not possible to draw any conclusions about you afterwards. (*information: applies only to cookie type 3)
The collected information serves us in compiling statistics on the conversions. This means that we want to know how many users come to our websites through an e-mail from T-Systems Multimedia Solutions GmbH. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process, it is possible to deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by adapting your browser settings to block cookies from the corresponding domain. d) Tracking through Facebook
Some of the offer pages contain buttons from social media networks (Facebook Like button, Google +1, Twitter button) with which you can recommend the offers of T-Systems Multimedia Solutions GmbH to your friends and acquaintances. The used social plug-ins are based on point (f) of Article 6(1) EU GDPR. Social media are all media (platforms) that support users in mutual communication and the interactive exchange of information via digital channels. For example Twitter, Facebook, Blogs and YouTube.
To ensure that you have full data control, we display grayed-out images of the respective functions instead of the actual social plug-ins when loading the website. Only with a click on the checkmark next to the pictures the data exchange is activated by loading the respective social plugin with the website. Only with a second click you trigger the action (for example "Like").
By activating the social media plugin the following data can be transmitted to the social media providers: IP address, browser information, operating system, screen resolution, installed browser plugins such as Adobe Flash Player, origin of visitors when you follow a link (referrer) URL of the current website. Next time you visit the website, the social media plug-ins are again provided in the default inactive mode, so that no data is transferred the next time you visit the website.

Our website includes plugins of YouTube LLC's YouTube video portal with headquarters at 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube is represented by Google Inc. based at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. If you call up the Internet pages of our Internet presence provided with such a plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established and the plugin is displayed. This transmits to the YouTube server which of our Internet pages you have visited. If you are logged in as a YouTube member, YouTube assigns this information to your personal user account. When using the plugin, e.g. clicking the start button of a video, this information is also assigned to your user account. You can prevent this assignment by logging out of your YouTube account and other user accounts of YouTube LLC and Google Inc. and deleting the corresponding cookies of the companies before using our website.
