Inspire customers and win new talents – with the support of SAP software solutions 

T-Systems MMS is SAP Platinum Partner. In context of this partnership there are two central themes from which our customers derive benefit: client interaction within the SAP hybris portfolio and HR solutions with SAP SuccessFactors.

SAP hybris provides an ideal basis for cooperation of commerce, marketing, sales and service, so our customers are able to meet the needs of their clients and offer an adequate response along the customer journey.

Regarding talent management, we provide our customers a holistic Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution with the SAP SuccessFactors, orientated to the respective corporate strategy and operable within the save cloud storage from T-Systems Germany. Started on the 4th of October, MMS is now considered SAP's first certified support partner for SuccessFactors in Germany.

Since 2009 T-Systems MMS has been an Adobe Solution Partner, successfully supporting companies in digitization endeavors and emotional branding. In the course of this partnership, we have proven and expanded our capabilities in the various modules of the Adobe Experience Cloud in numerous implementations for SMEs and enterprise customers. In 2018, we achieved specialized status for the Adobe Experience Manager in EMEA.

The superior topic behind these technologies is “Personalisation and Marketing Automation”. Based on that, we offer you a holistic portfolio of consultancy and solutions, which range from the development of individual marketing strategies over conceptualisation, responsive design and technical implementation to solutions for marketing automation, including targets for KPIs and measurement. A new definition of monitoring: Analyse and increase digital customer experience

Since 2008 the Test and Integration Center is in active cooperation with Dynatrace. The partner is producer of the same-named performance engineering and monitoring tool which is used as a standard instrument in application management.

The cooperative success is shown by numerous awards: in 2016 the Test and Integration Center received the „Dynatrace Solution Innovation Award EMEA 2016“. Last year it was followed by the „Service Provider oft he Year 2017“ – so the Test and Integration Center is a top partner of Dynatrace now.

T-Systems MMS, as long IBM Gold Partner, is certified reseller and integrator of IBM. With IBM Watson, one of the most complete cognitive platforms throughout the market, we offer our customers innovative software solutions on the basis of IBM products prospectively.

By supporting our customers in IBM Watson and as a leading integrator of Salesforce, T-Systems MMS is an innovative partner for implementing and integrating intelligent software to enterprises‘ business processes.

We think that Artificial Intelligence in combination with text analytics is an essential driver for smart digitisation of sales and service. In cooperation with IBM we provide standardised services and develop individual enterprise solutions.


Brand communities, social CRM and an effective social media management

Khoros is an American software producer who offers one of the market-leading solutions for brand community and social CRM: the Khoros Community Platform.

Since 2013, T-Systems MMS is in partnership with Khoros and thereby gained many useful experiences in consulting the adoption and organization of Khoros Brand Communities. Furthermore, we support customisation and individual software developments on the basis of the Khoros Community Platform.

In the connection with Khoros Response and Khoros Reach emerges a scalable social CRM which enables a constant care of customer relationships in social web environments – this way enterprises can reach a new level of digital customer experience.


Content Management Solution for all customer needs

Since 2006 T-Systems MMS has been using the Content Management System (CMS) TYPO3. In 2019 the collaboration was taken to the next level when we joined their organization of experts as a “Gold Member”.

Being an association-member of Germany´s leading Open Source CMS, we’re not only using TYPO3 intensively, but also giving something back to the development community. The membership enables our customers to benefit from the more extensive expertise.

TYPO3 is used by T-Systems MMS especially in the field of digital marketing. Within this framework the CMS is used for implementations of renowned customer projects, just as the company’s website.

Since 2002, Genesys and T-Systems have been united in a trusting partnership, which, with the gold status achieved in 2018, can more than ever claim great know-how and extensive experience. As a global provider of contact center solutions with a focus on omni-channel solutions, Genesys is a specialist in enabling perfect customer experiences. T-Systems uses the technology supplier's customer experience platform - available as an on-premise or cloud solution - to provide customers with reliable services for planning, development, implementation and support regarding all aspects of customer interaction management.

OroCommerce & OroMarketplace

B2B Commerce for the hidden champions of medium-sized businesses

For the German medium-sized businesses with all their hidden champions we have the ideal solution when it comes to customer portals and B2B commerce. With OroCommerce, we can provide most of our B2B customers' requirements out of the box and thus very quickly - for example: customer-specific prices, bill of material (BOM) orders, requests for quotation and much more. The fully integrated CRM also makes it easy to map the customer structure - company / branch / department / buyer. Another highlight is the workflow engine with which individual processes can be configured even without programming.

OroMarketplace as an extension of OroCommerce enables the fast and cost-effective development of marketplaces - no matter if it is the extension of the own online store with additional sellers or the development of an industry platform.

Since all Oro products are open source and available both as a cloud and as an on premise variant, there are no limits to the adaptability.

With Spryker, we enable companies to create successful business opportunities through Unified Commerce, including B2B, B2C and Enterprise Marketplaces. The modern platform-as-a-service (PaaS) with over 700 modules includes all central functionalities for the operation of various commercial applications. With the modular system, it is possible to expand into new markets and business models, like online shops, mobile apps, voice integration or IoT-applications.

We support the development of the e-Commerce platform based on Spryker Commerce OS with Headless Commerce, Compasable Commerce, App Orchestration Platform (AOP), Middleware and PaaS Cloud.

By using Tricentis products and adding our experience from more than 300 projects in the field of test automation and SAP-tests we are identifying savings potentials in software testing, notably in the area SAP, for our customers. Furthermore, we ensure continuous improvements and remarkable reliability of relevant business processes. As gold partner and certified Tosca implementation partner our professional experts are qualified for Tricentis products (test architects, test automation engineers and test automation specialists). Being a “Tosca certified implementation partner” we offer the necessary professional competencies to integrate and connect extensive software landscapes in customers’ systems. Besides development of scriptless tests for less technical automation, maintenance costs as well as test procedure costs can be lowered by up to 90%.
