T-Systems MMS is SAP Platinum Partner. In context of this partnership there are two central themes from which our customers derive benefit: client interaction within the SAP hybris portfolio and HR solutions with SAP SuccessFactors.

SAP hybris provides an ideal basis for cooperation of commerce, marketing, sales and service, so our customers are able to meet the needs of their clients and offer an adequate response along the customer journey.

Regarding talent management, we provide our customers a holistic Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution with the SAP SuccessFactors, orientated to the respective corporate strategy and operable within the save cloud storage from T-Systems Germany.

Since 2009 T-Systems MMS has been an Adobe Solution Partner, successfully supporting companies in digitization endeavors and emotional branding. In the course of this partnership, we have proven and expanded our capabilities in the various modules of the Adobe Experience Cloud in numerous implementations for SMEs and enterprise customers. In 2018, we achieved specialized status for the Adobe Experience Manager in EMEA.

The superior topic behind these technologies is “Personalisation and Marketing Automation”. Based on that, we offer you a holistic portfolio of consultancy and solutions, which range from the development of individual marketing strategies over conceptualisation, responsive design and technical implementation to solutions for marketing automation, including targets for KPIs and measurement. A new definition of monitoring: Analyse and increase digital customer experience

Since 2008 the Test and Integration Center is in active cooperation with Dynatrace. The partner is producer of the same-named performance engineering and monitoring tool which is used as a standard instrument in application management.

The cooperative success is shown by numerous awards: in 2016 the Test and Integration Center received the „Dynatrace Solution Innovation Award EMEA 2016“. Last year it was followed by the „Service Provider oft he Year 2017“ – so the Test and Integration Center is a top partner of Dynatrace now.

T-Systems MMS, as long IBM Gold Partner, is certified reseller and integrator of IBM. With IBM Watson, one of the most complete cognitive platforms throughout the market, we offer our customers innovative software solutions on the basis of IBM products prospectively.

By supporting our customers in IBM Watson and as a leading integrator of Salesforce, T-Systems MMS is an innovative partner for implementing and integrating intelligent software to enterprises‘ business processes.

We think that Artificial Intelligence in combination with text analytics is an essential driver for smart digitisation of sales and service. In cooperation with IBM we provide standardised services and develop individual enterprise solutions.


Brand communities, social CRM and an effective social media management

Khoros is an American software producer who offers one of the market-leading solutions for brand community and social CRM: the Khoros Community Platform.

Since 2013, T-Systems MMS is in partnership with Khoros and thereby gained many useful experiences in consulting the adoption and organization of Khoros Brand Communities. Furthermore, we support customisation and individual software developments on the basis of the Khoros Community Platform.

In the connection with Khoros Response and Khoros Reach emerges a scalable social CRM which enables a constant care of customer relationships in social web environments – this way enterprises can reach a new level of digital customer experience.


Content Management Solution for all customer needs

Since 2006 T-Systems MMS has been using the Content Management System (CMS) TYPO3. In 2019 the collaboration was taken to the next level when we joined their organization of experts as a “Gold Member”.

Being an association-member of Germany´s leading Open Source CMS, we’re not only using TYPO3 intensively, but also giving something back to the development community. The membership enables our customers to benefit from the more extensive expertise.

TYPO3 is used by T-Systems MMS especially in the field of digital marketing. Within this framework the CMS is used for implementations of renowned customer projects, just as the company’s website.

Since 2002, Genesys and T-Systems have been united in a trusting partnership, which, with the gold status achieved in 2018, can more than ever claim great know-how and extensive experience.
