We use a range of selection tools that allow us to assess each applicant individually, depending on the career level you'd like to start at and which job you're applying for. Telephone interviews

A telephone interview may for example be the first step towards an invitation to a personal interview. The members of our HR staff will arrange a date and time for the call with you so you have time to prepare appropriately. During the call, we will endeavour to clarify any open questions regarding your previous career, your specialist knowledge and your expertise; you'll also have the opportunity to ask us any questions you may have.


Interviews

Interviews are always conducted by representatives of the specialist departments and a member of HR. We will ask you about your career to date, your professional expertise, your previous experience and your expectations. Of course you will also have the opportunity to find out more about our company, the role and other topics. Interviews generally last 60 to 90 minutes.


Recruiting events

Recruiting events at T-Systems Multimedia Solutions allow applicants to introduce themselves to us and find out more about our company. At the same time we take advantage of the opportunity to evaluate and assess the participants according to selected criteria during various group tasks and in realistic situations.
