Senior Consultant Retail (m/w/d)

General Purpose

As Senior Consultant Retail you feel at home in the digital space. In your role you are responsible to design digital transformation strategies for our clients and lead them to success. You take the clients to the next level of digitization by providing strategic and technical advisory. Specifically working in the Retail industry, you will be responsible for clients in the areas of food, fashion, cosmetics, sporting goods, furniture, and electronics. You will partner with stakeholders within our ecosystem, as well as managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Confidently advise and support clients at CxO level in the field of digital business transformation
Provide strategic and technological advice to our clients on digital transformation or specific digital business requirements
Develop and implement innovative concepts in marketing, customer experience or omnichannel sales and supply chain
Independent and committed network expansion
Build strong relationships with key clients
Further development of the product portfolio based on clients’ needs

Knowledge skills & experience

Thought leader with competitive spirit
Creative, energetic, visionary, able to influence thinking on effective strategies across all levels
Strong leadership profile covering advance management and communication
Excellent presentation and story-telling skills

Education and Requirements

Bachelor or Master’s degree required, with 10+ years in retail or consumer industry with at least 5 years in management role
Proven track record in strategy development and implementation
Strong competencies in digitalization
Experience working with stakeholders and experts at various seniority levels
