As Customer Lead Retail you are the central point of contact for one of our key clients. In your role you are responsible to build, develop, and maintain strong trusted relationships with our clients to support their digital success. You ensure customer satisfaction by anticipating the client’s needs and guiding them through the entire journey to the next level of digitalization. Specifically working in the Retail industry, you will be responsible for a client in the areas of food, fashion, cosmetics, sporting goods, furniture, and electronics. You collaborate closely with the MMS executive board and develop models for successful customer relationships in our customer success network.
