Employee app for convenient communication in the field

Telekom Deutschland was looking for a mobile internal communications solution which engineers in the field could use as an operational communication tool. The problem was solved by the T-Systems Multimedia Solutions specialists, who developed the Service Dialog app based on the Staffbase employee communications platform. The app integrates the engineer into the company's and team's internal communications. Wherever they are located. Fantastic! The INKOMETA Awards jury thought so, and made Telekom's Service Dialog the winner of the 2018 Best Employee App. In the video we present the app, the brains behind it, and the people who are using it every day.
