  • Requirements

    Unified Recruiting-Management

The world's fourth-largest seed producer currently operates in more than 70 countries and employs around 5,700 people. In order to standardize the recruitment and support of employees throughout the Group, KWS began introducing SAP SuccessFactors as an additional SAP solution in 2017. Since 2018, T-Systems MMS has been managing the support and rollout of the Recruiting Management, Marketing and Posting modules throughout the Group. SAP SuccessFactors has to be adapted to the specific requirements of the respective representative office and, where necessary, further developed. Furthermore, the previous career portal on the KWS website was replaced by a central job portal.

  • Solution

Step-by-Step Country-Rollout and Third Level Support

Different countries, different recruiting requirements – T-Systems MMS implements the recruiting tool stepwise in the 26 subsidiaries. For this purpose, SAP SuccessFactors is adapted and localized to the corresponding national language. T-Systems MMS implements individual processes, such as for trainees or seasonal workers, and advises on the development of new functions. SAP SuccessFactors is operated centrally at the "Shared Service Center" in Berlin. The teams of recruiters and HR administrators are trained accordingly by T-Systems MMS.

  • Benefit

Accelerated Process From Job Advertisement to Employment

The uniform, centrally provided and managed tool enables consistent, transparent and thus quality-assured processes in recruiting management - both for KWS' national and international subsidiaries. The workflows in recruiting are thus standardized and yet individually adapted to the respective requirements of the country. This leads to a general optimization of processes and saves resources. In addition, HR SuccessFactors significantly accelerates recruiting - from job posting to filling the position, which contributes to KWS' reputation as an employer. KWS' HR teams are provided with an individually tailored, modern cloud solution that also meets the highest security requirements.
