The aim was to create a joint platform for the insurance customers from both health insurance providers. The new website needed to be both intuitive to use and fully accessible. Member services were also to be improved through the provision of content in the media library and the download centre.
The website’s accessibility and outstanding usability were rated as exemplary by the initiative ‘Barrierefrei Informieren und Kommunizieren’ (BIK – accessible information and communication).
Within the scope of the relaunch, T-Systems redesigned both the navigation concept and the CMS. T-Systems Multimedia Solutions developed and programmed the web pages.
