Again this year, T-Systems Multimedia Solutions has been awarded as one of the best employers in the ICT branch in the context of the nationwide Great Place to Work® Contest “Best employers in the ICT 2016”. T-Systems Multimedia Solutions reached the third position in the category of ICT corporations with more than 1,000 employees behind adesso, a provider of IT services from Dortmund, and the software provider Datev from Nuremberg.
The placing was made public by the Great Place to Work® Institute Germany and the media partner “Computerwoche” at the CeBIT in Hannover on 15 March 2016. The evaluation was based on an anonymous employee survey about central workplace topics such as trust, identification, team spirit, professional development, remuneration, health promotion and work-life balance. Furthermore, the quality of actions in the context of personnel policy and management work was assessed. All in all, 173 companies from the ICT sector and IT departments of firms from other branches in five different size groups took part in the current benchmark investigation and faced an independent examination by the Great Place to Work® Institute. In 2013, the employers competition “Best employers in the ICT 2016” took place for the first time and T-Systems Multimedia Solution can already celebrate the fourth award in a row.
The following day, on 16 March 2016, the best 100 German employers among 600 applicants were awarded. Here as well, T-Systems Multimedia Solutions could establish its position in the list “Germany’s best Employers 2016” for the seventh time. The award stands for an outstanding performance in the development of trustful working relationships and an attractive design of working conditions for the employees.
