We want to offer our employees the opportunity from the very beginning to contribute creatively to our projects through their key interests and continuously expand their knowledge. That you get off to a good start in your new job is important to us, whatever your career level. Our onboarding programme will help you integrate quickly. In addition to an introductory event on your first day of work, which will offer you an overview of our corporate structure and culture, we'll provide you with a sponsor who accompanies you for the first few weeks and is always there to help or answer your questions. We also hold regular Welcome Days where you can get to know your colleagues and T-Systems Multimedia Solutions better.
Interested in applying for a traineeship, an internship or a permanent position at T-Systems Multimedia Solutions? Excellent! A targeted and convincing application is the most important thing. What you need for your application, other than your motivation, is outlined here:
To enable us to process your application quickly it is important that you include a covering letter, your CV, all relevant certificates and our completed application form. Please make sure your application is complete so that we can review your applicant profile quickly against all available vacancies.
Important for students: Please also include an enrolment certificate and a copy of your current grade transcript with your application.
Providing us with precise information on points such as your willingness to travel or your earliest possible start date make it easier for us to compare the requirements of specific roles with your application. Please use the application form to list this and other information and include it with your application documents.
We advise strongly against applying by post. A digital application allows us to quickly compare your profile with the requirements of our departments, and also protects the environment. Please apply by e-mail to email@example.com. Your documents – preferably in PDF format – should not exceed a file size of 3 MB.
Please separate your CV into meaningful, thematically structured sections and outline your individual career steps in short bullet points. This will make your application much clearer, and describing your previous roles gives us a better idea of your career to date.
Always include job references, training/academic and school certificates as well as any other relevant certificates with your application. Once we have received your complete application documents we will review them carefully. This may take some time as we compare your profile with all vacancies across our corporation. If we're impressed with your application, we'll invite you to a personal interview.
We use a range of selection tools that allow us to assess each applicant individually, depending on the career level you'd like to start at and which job you're applying for. We strive to ensure a fair selection process, regardless of gender, age, cultural background, religious views or physical disabilities. In making our decision we always consider all points in an applicant's favour. If we are nonetheless unable to offer you a position at this time, please do not hesitate to apply again at a later date
A telephone interview may for example be the first step towards an invitation to a personal interview. The members of our HR staff will arrange a date and time for the call with you so you have time to prepare appropriately. During the call, we will endeavour to clarify any open questions regarding your previous career, your specialist knowledge and your expertise; you'll also have the opportunity to ask us any questions you may have.
Interviews are always conducted by representatives of the specialist departments and a member of HR. We will ask you about your career to date, your professional expertise, your previous experience and your expectations. Of course you will also have the opportunity to find out more about our company, the role and other topics. Interviews generally last 60 to 90 minutes.
Recruiting events at T-Systems Multimedia Solutions allow applicants to introduce themselves to us and find out more about our company. At the same time we take advantage of the opportunity to evaluate and assess the participants according to selected criteria during various group tasks and in realistic situations. The following candidate testing tools may be employed:
• Group exercise/discussion
• Presentation on a specialist topic
• Brief candidate interview
We will inform you beforehand of the precise format of your recruiting event.
