The task

With 35,000 investment consultants, and over 5 million clients, Deutsche Vermögensberatung is one of the leading independent financial sales organizations. Its consultants work with a software package which requires agile further development, thus putting high demands upon the entire DVAG IT team. Integrated functionalities were implemented directly in accordance with the wishes and requirements of the customer. These are released within a tight monthly cycle and require intensive project communication. The software has a high degree of complexity (customer administration, contract management, consultancy modules, E-mail system with appointment coordination and synchronization with PDAs). Because of onsite consultancy via online interfaces there are very high load and performance requirements. In order to check the efficiency, availability and stability of the system, DVAG required additional experts who could handle the complex structures of the application without a high degree of familiarization resources.

The solution
