Frankfurt am Main/Dresden, 13th February 2008: The Great Place to Work Institute has honoured T-Systems subsidiary Multimedia Solutions from Dresden. The company won first place in the Eastern German states. The awards for “Germany’s Best Employers 2008” were presented at a festive ceremony held on 12th February at the Ritz Carlton in Berlin. The competition takes place annually in over 30 countries. This year, 252 German companies competed for the title. The evaluation tools used are an extensive employee survey and a culture audit of human resource managers. The results contribute to the ranking that reflects the quality and attractiveness of the participating companies as employers. Last year, T-Systems Multimedia Solutions took second place in the BestPersAward, which recognises the strengths of human resources activities.
T-Systems Multimedia Solutions regularly submits to external reviews by participating in prestigious competitions such as “Germany’s Best Employers”. This latest award confirms the company’s activities aimed at providing an attractive working environment, and helps the company find qualified personnel. The company is currently seeking to recruit IT specialists to work at its headquarters in Dresden and other locations.
