The VHV-Versicherungsgruppe is a well established group of companies providing insurance, pensions and wealth management. With its VHV Versicherungen and Hannoversche Leben brands, it is a competent and forward-looking partner for direct clients and brokers. In 2012 its 2,700 employees generated around 2.5 billion euros with a total of 8.4 million policies.
VHV's new intranet was implemented in the initial stage of the project as a classic push platform that provides users with relevant information in an optimised structure. Thanks to consistent documents, staff can be sure of always being able to work with reliable and up-to-date information. This simplifies communication and prevents information loss. All information can be located using the newly developed navigation function and the search feature. All employees have their own profile page on the intranet, allowing the right contact to be found very quickly.
Following the go-live in June 2014 the intranet will be successively extended and new functions will be added.
